Terms of Service

Techlux sells and ships exclusively within the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid US shipping address. All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

We sell genuine, brand-new consumer electronics (gaming consoles, smartphones, smart glasses, cameras and accessories). Product availability, colors, storage/version options and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order and to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or stock unavailability.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an email confirmation. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Zelle and Cash App. All manual payments (Zelle / Cash App) must be verified before your order is released for shipping.

Orders ship within the United States only via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Standard shipping is 3–5 business days; Express is 1–2 business days. Tracking is provided by email as soon as the label is generated. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: unopened, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Opened electronics may be eligible for exchange only.

All products include a limited 6-month warranty with Techlux from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Any original manufacturer warranty (if applicable) is handled directly with the manufacturer.

Wholesale requests submitted via the /wholesale page are quotes, not confirmed orders. Pricing, availability, minimum order quantities and payment terms are confirmed by a Techlux representative before any transaction.

All content on this site — including the Techlux name, logo, text, graphics and product photography — is owned by Techlux or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. Third-party brand names (PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox, iPhone, Meta, DJI, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or scrape content for competing commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techlux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
