Shipping Policy

Techlux ships to all 50 US states, DC, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, whichever offers the fastest service to your ZIP code.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $9.99
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $24.99

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM, weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link orders are processed immediately. Zelle and Cash App orders ship after payment is verified (usually within a few hours during business hours).

As soon as a label is generated, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also look up any order on the Track Order page.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery date and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Techlux is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
