Refund & Return Policy

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and factory packaging intact.

• Unopened items in original sealed packaging.
• Items received damaged, defective or incorrect (photo/video proof required within 48 hours of delivery).

• Opened consoles, phones, glasses or cameras that have been activated or paired to an account.
• Items with visible use, scratches or missing accessories.

• Digital codes and downloadable content.
• Limited-edition / pre-order items marked "Final Sale" (e.g. PS5 Pro 30th Anniversary Bundle).
• Items returned after 14 days.

1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +1 5869409270 with your order number and reason.
2. We'll issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was shipped incorrectly. We recommend a trackable, insured service.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once a tracking number is issued, follow the return process above.
