• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Manual payments: uploaded Zelle / Cash App proof images.
• Account data: email and password (hashed) if you create an account.
• Usage data: IP address, approximate location (country/state/city), device, pages visited, referrer.
• Communications: messages sent through WhatsApp, forms or the virtual assistant.

• Process and ship orders, provide tracking and customer support.
• Prevent fraud, verify manual payments and secure the site.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, receipts, shipping updates).
• Improve the store, catalog and user experience.

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Shipping carriers — UPS, FedEx, USPS for delivery.
• Email provider — transactional emails from notify.techlux.shop.
• Cloudflare — hosting and IP-based geolocation for analytics.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep your cart, favorites, language preference and session active. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Order records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes for up to 7 years. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Visitor analytics are retained for up to 12 months.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Techlux does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use HTTPS, encrypted database connections, row-level security and hashed passwords. No online transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
